What must a service contract include?
A service contract (ugovor o delu) should include details of the client and the contractor, a precise description of the work, the completion date, the fee and the payment method. It should also state who pays taxes and contributions: under Serbian law they are paid by the client, and this template says so. The form guides you through all of these elements.
Is a contract created this way legally valid?
