Does my data leave my device?

No. The QR code is created entirely in your browser (JavaScript), so the data you enter (passwords, contacts, links) is never sent to our server or stored anywhere.

How do I create a QR code for WiFi?

Choose the “WiFi” type, enter the network name (SSID) and password, pick the security type (usually WPA/WPA2) and click “Generate QR code”. When a guest scans the code with their phone camera, the phone offers to join the network automatically, with no password typing.

How do I create a QR code for a business card?

Choose the “Business card” type, fill in the name, phone, email and company, then click “Generate QR code”. The code contains a vCard contact: when someone scans it, their phone offers to save the contact with one tap.

Does the QR code expire?

No. This tool creates static QR codes that are permanent: once generated, a code works forever because it carries the data itself, with no middleman and no subscription.

Which formats can I download the QR code in?

You can download the QR code as a PNG image (for print and social media), SVG (vector for designers) or WebP. You can also change the colors and add a logo in the center of the code.
