Cookie Policy

This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies the webmajstor.rs website (the Website) uses and how you manage your choices.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Your browser's local storage (localStorage, sessionStorage) works in a similar way: the data stays on your device and only the Website reads it.

How we ask for consent

On your first visit, we show a banner with a choice: Accept all, Necessary only or Customize (separately for analytics and marketing). Until you give consent, no optional cookies are set. We remember your choice for 180 days, and you can change it at any time with the button above or the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. When you withdraw consent, the Google cookies are deleted.

1. Necessary cookies: always active

The Website and the tools do not work properly without them, so they cannot be switched off and the regulations do not require consent for them.

Browser local storage

This data is not a cookie, is not sent to the server and stays only on your device:

Internal tool usage statistics

We count generated documents and progress through the contact questionnaire on the server, in aggregate form, without cookies, without IP addresses and without identifying visitors in any way. This is part of how the Website works (capacity planning, troubleshooting), so it is not subject to consent and cannot be switched off.

2. Analytics cookies: only with your consent

Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) shows us how many visitors come and which pages they read, so we can improve the Website.

3. Marketing cookies: only with your consent

Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited) measures whether a visit from an ad ended with an enquiry being sent and makes it possible to show ads again to visitors of the Website.

Google Consent Mode v2

Until you give consent, Google Analytics and Google Ads run in a limited mode: they do not set or read cookies and do not use advertising identifiers. Google receives only basic cookieless signals (for example, that a page has loaded or that an enquiry was sent), which it uses only in aggregate to estimate statistics. More about how Google uses data: policies.google.com.

Browser settings

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge: Settings → Privacy). If you block necessary cookies, signing in and the limit display in the tools may not work.
