WEB These terms apply to the use of the webmajstor.rs website (the Website) and the free tools on it. By using the Website, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Website.
1. About the Website
The Website is the online presence of Web majstor from Belgrade, a digital agency for web design, process automation and QA testing. It contains information about our services, pricing, portfolio, a blog and free tools.
2. Free tools
The tools (Image to PDF, Image Converter, Invoice Generator, Contract and NDA Generator, Privacy Policy Generator, QR Code Generator, Website Cost Calculator) are provided free of charge, as is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation.
- Documents from the generators are templates, not legal, tax or accounting advice. You must check the pro forma invoices, invoices, contracts, NDAs and privacy policies you create with the tools yourself and adapt them to your situation and the applicable regulations. For legal certainty, consult a lawyer or an accountant.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for the way you use the generated documents and files.
- You process files and data in your own browser. We do not store them, so we cannot recover them if you lose them.
- The tools have daily limits, which are higher for registered users. Circumventing the limits, automated use (bots, scripts) or bulk use of the tools and any attempt to disrupt the Website are prohibited.
- We may change or discontinue the limits, features and availability of the tools without notice.
3. User account
For higher limits, you can open a free account, directly or with your Google account. You must enter accurate information and keep your password safe. You can ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to kontakt@webmajstor.rs. We may suspend or delete accounts that are used in breach of these terms.
4. Contact form, pricing and calculator
- The questionnaire is intended for genuine enquiries about our services. Sending false information, advertising messages (spam) and automated submissions are prohibited.
- The estimate from the Website Cost Calculator is for information only and is not a quote. Prices on the Pricing page apply until changed; only a written quote or a contract we conclude is binding.
5. Ratings and suggestions
We may use the ratings and suggestions you send through the Website to improve the tools, without publishing your personal data.
6. Intellectual property
All content of the Website, including texts, graphics, the logo, design, animations and code, is owned by Web majstor and protected by copyright law. Copying, reproduction and distribution without prior written consent are not permitted, except for quotation with attribution to the extent permitted by law. The documents and files you create with the tools belong to you.
7. Blog, portfolio and external links
Blog posts are for information only. The Website contains links to client websites and other external websites; we are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy policies.
8. Limitation of liability
The Website and the tools are provided without any express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the Website and the tools, including damage arising from the use of generated documents.
9. Privacy
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. Changes take effect when published on this page; by continuing to use the Website, you accept the amended terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. The court with subject-matter jurisdiction in Belgrade has jurisdiction over disputes, unless consumer protection law provides otherwise for consumers.
